TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nature of Relationship

The Client enters into coaching with the understanding that the Client is responsible for creating his or her own decisions and results. Ready Bird Life Coaching, LLC is a Professional Business and Camille Moore-Adams is a Certified Life Coach, graduated from an ICF (International Coach Federation) recognized school. Camille has a background in sales, marketing, communication skills, business, leadership, training and public speaking. As requested, the Coach may give specific advice, suggestions or consulting to the Client, however it is ultimately the Client’s responsibility for making his or her own decisions determining the best course of action and outcome.

The Coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of psychotherapy. In the event that the client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the client to seek a licensed professional.

Indemnification

The Client shall indemnify and hold Ready Bird Life Coaching LLC and/or Camille Moore-Adams, the Coach harmless from any loss or liability arising from actions taken or situations created as a result of the coaching relationship. The client understands that they are solely responsible for their actions, decisions made and any result or liability that results of their choices or actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ready Bird Life Coaching LLC or Camille Moore-Adams, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ready Bird Life Coaching LLC or Camille Moore-Adams assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to suspend or cancel user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Ready Bird Life Coaching LLC and/or Camille Moore-Adams Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Scheduling/Payments/Refunds/Cancellations

The client is responsible for scheduling their own coaching sessions in advance within the time frame of their purchased plan. All coaching sessions are weekly or bi-weekly. If the client fails to schedule their coaching sessions within a timely manner or miss a scheduled appointment, they forfeit the session and the cost of each session missed. No refunds will be given for unscheduled or missed coaching sessions past the plans 3-month time frame or prior to a written cancelation notice. If the client cannot make it to a scheduled appointment and gives a 24-hour notice to the Coach, the payment made in advance for the cancelled appointment can be applied to the clients next appointment at the coach’s discretion. All coaching sessions shall be scheduled online via the Ready Bird Life Coaching website at www.ReadyBirdLifeCoaching.com.

Single purchased appointments may be cancelled and/or rescheduled with a 24-hour notice to the coach. No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled appointments without a 24-hour notice to Ready Bird Life Coaching. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Ready Bird Life Coaching, if there are extenuating circumstances.

All coaching sessions are prepaid in advance at the time of scheduling. Client agrees to fulfill and pay for the number of coaching sessions listed within the purchased plan. All coaching sessions purchased by the client must be scheduled within 3 months of purchase. The Client understands the importance of timely scheduling of their coaching sessions in advance, as the coach’s schedule may fill up, forcing the client’s appointments outside of their 3-month time frame. The scheduling system will NOT allow the client to schedule any of their sessions outside of the 3-month time frame. If the client does not schedule all of their purchased sessions within the plans 3-month time frame window, the client forfeits any remaining un-used sessions and will not be reimbursed for un scheduled sessions. It is strongly recommended that all coaching sessions are booked at once for the whole month, a month at a time in order to avoid any potential issues.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Who can use this website/ Requirements to create an account

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
